Amid the backdrop of Munich’s energy sector exhibition, JDEnergy has signaled a major expansion into the European market by securing agreements for over 700 MWh of storage capacity. The company utilized the event to debut its Galaxy-2 system and secure critical technical certification for its grid-scale hardware.

Commercial momentum followed these technical announcements, with the company signing framework agreements spanning three key markets. These include a 400 MWh commitment with Hungary’s Crescom Electra and a 300 MWh deal with Topfit Energy in Germany. Additionally, a 9 MWh project with Ferplant Srl is slated to become Italy’s largest all-in-one commercial and industrial energy storage installation. These partnerships underscore a shift toward high-performance, grid-compliant infrastructure as European operators prioritize system resilience and modernization.
