TriNetX Founder Gadi Lachman Joins Srotas Health Board
Seventy years after the landmark Salk polio trial relied on paper forms and telephone calls, the clinical trial recruitment process remains largely stagnant. Srotas Health is attempting to break this cycle by appointing Gadi Lachman, the founder of global data infrastructure firm TriNetX, to its board of directors.

Unlike competitors that rely on generic third-party AI interfaces, Srotas Health utilizes in-house clinical large language models. Developed over three years with input from more than 50 clinicians, the technology has been tested against millions of real-world patient records. The company currently operates across 50 research sites in the US and UK, supporting over 60 active clinical trials. Data from the firm indicates that research sites utilizing their platform have seen a 60% increase in patient recruitment compared to traditional manual methods.
