Ryan Bleeks, a veteran executive with over two decades of experience in the ophthalmology and optometry sectors, has been named President of Aquinas Leadership Group. His appointment signals a strategic shift for the pharmaceutical training firm as it transitions away from its founder-led origins toward a new phase of market expansion.
Matt Hartman, Chairman and CEO of OneCompass Holdings, credited Giannantonio with successfully steering the company through its post-acquisition transition. Under the new leadership, the firm intends to sharpen its focus on strengthening customer relationships and broadening its training portfolio. Bleeks stated his intention to leverage his background in driving value inflection points to accelerate the company’s growth and maintain its industry standing.
