SOFTSWISS Rebrands to Reflect Strategic Pivot in iGaming

As iGaming markets splinter under the weight of local regulations and mounting operational complexity, SOFTSWISS is shedding its image as a pure software vendor. The Malta-based company is pivoting toward a broader mandate as a growth partner, backing its new visual identity with a focus on compliance and long-term infrastructure.

Five years of internal research into industry trends prompted the shift. The data points to a clear transition: operators no longer seek simple transactional software, but rather deep expertise to navigate fragmented global landscapes. SOFTSWISS currently maintains a presence in over 25 regulated jurisdictions, including a significant footprint in Brazil, where it services more than 60 certified brands.

Technology remains the backbone of the operation, evidenced by a 99.999% platform uptime record across 1,500 global brands. To bridge the gap between legacy reliability and future growth, the firm recently appointed a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer to oversee its innovation roadmap. According to founder Ivan Montik, the rebranding exercise is not a change in direction, but an acknowledgement of the company’s evolution into a partner that manages the intersection of regulatory compliance and high-scale technical infrastructure.
