Sands China secured 14 accolades at the 2026 Employee Experience Awards in Hong Kong, earning the title of Grand Winner. The haul represents the highest count for any single organization this year, validating the company’s long-term investment in human resources, talent retention, and workplace culture across its Macao resorts.

As the largest private employer in Macao, the company maintains a workforce of over 28,000 people. Data shows that more than half of these employees have remained with the firm for at least a decade, a stability rate supported by 22.6 million cumulative training hours provided through the end of 2025. Beyond the recent Hong Kong honors, the operator also holds a Top Employer certification from the Top Employer Institute, marking its second consecutive year receiving the international standard recognition for HR strategy.
