Su currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, where she focuses on the Space Launch System propulsion team. Her role involves coordinating with suppliers to accelerate production rates to meet NASA’s manifest targets for human spaceflight. Holding a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a PMP certification since 2019, Su has built a reputation for managing high-stakes, technically demanding aerospace projects.

Her career history includes leadership positions at major industry players such as VACCO Industries, Senior Aerospace SSP, and GE Aviation. At VACCO, she oversaw critical hardware for the Orion spacecraft and the Space Launch System. During her tenure at Senior Aerospace SSP, she played a key role in the development of the T-7A Red Hawk trainer program for the U.S. Air Force and managed space initiatives for clients including Blue Origin and Northrop Grumman. Earlier roles at GE Aviation and Air France-KLM provided her with a foundation in lean manufacturing and international business development, including the establishment of operations in China. Beyond her engineering work, Su volunteers with the Hollywood Food Coalition and was honored by the Influential Women platform in 2025.
