Neeyamo and Darwinbox Partner to Bridge Global HR and Payroll Silos

The integration leverages the Darwinbox Third-Party Payroll Connector to establish a closed-loop data exchange. Neeyamo Payroll pulls critical employee demographics, compensation details, and employment records directly from Darwinbox, which serves as the authoritative system of record. Once the payroll cycle concludes, the system pushes processed outputs—including tax documents, payslips, and compliance reports—back into the Darwinbox environment. This flow ensures that payroll administrators and staff maintain visibility within a single interface, reducing the need for disparate local software.

For Darwinbox, which currently supports over 4 million employees across 1,200 enterprises, the move is a strategic expansion of its ecosystem. Chaitanya Peddi, co-founder of Darwinbox, noted that the collaboration allows clients to maintain a single employee record while extending payroll reach into complex markets. Neeyamo CEO Rangarajan Seshadri emphasized that the partnership provides the coherence necessary for companies to operate with greater control as they enter new geographies. By consolidating these functions, the companies aim to replace disconnected local operations with a unified, scalable infrastructure.
