The integration allows contractors to generate quotes using centralized pricing data from Cornerstone Building Brands, the parent company of Simonton. This move complements the existing availability of the Harbor Light and ComfortSmart series, which were introduced to dealers in the East and Midwest in late 2025. By unifying these product catalogs, the companies aim to reduce friction in the in-home sales process, moving away from fragmented quoting methods toward a more streamlined digital workflow.
Simonton Windows Expands Digital Sales Reach in Paradigm Vendo
Dealers across the western United States now have direct access to Simonton’s Madeira and Daylight Max window and door series within the Paradigm Vendo platform, marking a significant expansion of the manufacturer's digital sales footprint for residential remodeling contractors.

Jess Williamson, Vice President at Paradigm, noted that the update is designed to help dealers present top-tier remodeling brands with greater speed and consistency. The partnership builds on the success of other Cornerstone brands, such as SoftLite and Harvey Building Products, which have already seen high adoption rates within the Vendo ecosystem. For Cornerstone, the initiative serves as a strategic effort to simplify business operations for its dealer network, ensuring that contractors can provide accurate, on-the-spot estimates to homeowners.
