ONTO Health Acquires LEVY to Scale Reproductive Care Infrastructure

Fueled by a fresh $20 million Series A round, Chicago-based ONTO Health is purchasing clinical decision support firm LEVY Health. The move aims to accelerate the deployment of physician-led fertility and longevity services across the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council region, meeting surging global demand for personalized reproductive diagnostics.

The integration of LEVY Health provides a technical backbone for ONTO’s broader mission to decentralize fertility care. By embedding LEVY’s diagnostic software into its existing clinics, ONTO plans to automate patient intake and identify endocrine disorders more efficiently, effectively lowering the barrier for providers to incorporate specialized fertility workups into standard practice.

Dr. Roohi Jeelani, founder and CEO of ONTO Health, identified the acquisition as a critical step in building a distributed care ecosystem. According to Caroline Mitterdorfer, LEVY Health’s co-founder and CEO, the platform was engineered to prioritize precision and accessibility, a goal that aligns with ONTO’s strategy of treating fertility as a foundational marker of long-term health. The market for these services is currently valued at $42.23 billion and is projected to climb to $70.27 billion by 2030, underscoring the urgency for scalable, tech-enabled clinical infrastructure.
