Arvest Bank Establishes First North Texas Presence in Frisco

Located at 11025 Preston Road, the new office will function as a specialized hub for commercial real estate, equipment financing, and lines of credit. While the facility focuses exclusively on lending, clients will continue to utilize the bank’s broader treasury and retail services through its existing network in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. Oversight for the operation falls to the bank’s Southwest Oklahoma division.

To spearhead the transition, Arvest has promoted 16-year veteran Mark Scott to commercial loan manager. Scott, who has been with the organization since 2008, is currently overseeing the recruitment of additional lenders to staff the Frisco site. David Madigan, president of Arvest Bank for Southwest Oklahoma, noted that the expansion is a tactical response to the high volume of business activity already observed in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Beyond internal staffing, the bank is establishing regional roots through a newly appointed North Texas advisory board. The group includes attorney Rick Warren of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, brokerage executive Lana Constantine of The Retail Connection, and LATINA Style, Inc. COO Lupita Colmenero. These local leaders will serve as community liaisons as the bank integrates into the North Texas professional landscape.
