The Springs Resort in Colorado and Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in California are pairing their geothermal waters with CauseMedic’s CBD-based botanical products this August. The collaboration introduces a suite of recovery-focused spa treatments and wellness amenities designed to leverage the anti-inflammatory properties of hemp-derived ingredients alongside mineral-rich soaking.
Throughout August, the sister properties will integrate CauseMedic’s full-spectrum CBD offerings into their guest experience. In Pagosa Springs, the resort is rolling out a 90-minute CBD Deep Relief Ritual, which pairs a mineral-rich salt scrub with a targeted Gua Sha massage. Guests can also opt for a 'Sweet Dreams' room enhancement featuring passionfruit-flavored CBN sleep gummies and cooling CBD relief creams.
In California, the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is debuting a 110-minute Signature CBD Recovery Ritual. The program extends to the property's social spaces, with nightly Wellness Happy Hours on the Bathhouse rooftop where attendees can sample CBD-infused wellness shots. These beverages, formulated with ginger, cayenne, and adaptogenic mushrooms, are also being integrated into the resort’s zero-proof cocktail menu.
Sharon Holtz, VP of Wellness at The Springs Resort, noted that the initiative aims to deepen the restorative effects of traditional geothermal bathing by focusing on muscle tension and circulation. CauseMedic founder Hugh Huffaker emphasized that the partnership aligns the brand’s botanical focus with the natural healing environment of the springs. Both resorts expect high demand for these limited-time services and are encouraging guests to secure reservations in advance.
