NNS Holding crosses majority threshold in OCI Global takeover bid
NNS Holding has secured a majority stake in OCI Global following a fresh round of share purchases on July 7, 2026. The Limassol-based investment firm acquired an additional 281,729 shares, pushing its total holding in the company to 50.26% as it continues its voluntary public offer.

Following these purchases, NNS now controls 106,234,359 shares of OCI Global. The company, founded by Nassef Sawiris, stated that it may continue to purchase shares outside of the formal offer structure if permitted by regulatory frameworks. Any such future acquisitions will be disclosed via public filings to ensure transparency for remaining shareholders. The offer remains subject to ongoing regulatory review by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.
