Reyes Beverage Group assumes exclusive distribution rights for Wilson Daniels in Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia, effective June 1, 2026. A key factor in this selection was the distributor’s decision to retain 90 percent of the fine wine personnel previously employed by RNDC, ensuring stability for the brand’s market relationships.
Wilson Daniels Reshapes Distribution Network Across 12 States
Following the sale of Republic National Distributing Co. business units, Wilson Daniels has signed new distribution agreements with Reyes Beverage Group and Johnson Brothers. The move shifts the luxury wine importer’s logistics across a dozen states, prioritizing continuity for its family-owned portfolio during the transition between major wholesale partners.
Meanwhile, Johnson Brothers will take over operations in Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and West Virginia starting August 1, 2026. Wilson Daniels President Rocco Lombardo cited Johnson Brothers’ recent investments, including the launch of their Oxford Street Merchants luxury division and the acquisition of Maverick, as evidence of their commitment to the fine wine segment. These new alliances replace an eleven-year partnership with RNDC, aiming to maintain growth for the company’s portfolio of multi-generational producers.
