The purchase of 9,357,547 shares was completed at an average price of EUR 4.0827 per share, with the highest single transaction reaching EUR 4.088. These acquisitions represent approximately 4.43% of OCI’s issued share capital. Following the settlement, NNS now holds 115,591,906 shares in the Dutch-based company.
NNS Holding Increases OCI Stake to Majority Position
NNS Holding has acquired an additional 9.36 million shares of OCI Global, pushing its total stake to 54.69%. The move, executed on July 8, 2026, marks a significant consolidation of control for the investment firm founded by Nassef Sawiris as it continues its voluntary public offer for the company.
NNS stated its intention to provide liquidity for shareholders looking to exit their positions, provided the price remains below the EUR 4.10 offer threshold. While NNS and its affiliates may continue to acquire shares outside of the formal offer process, the company noted that such activities will remain subject to regulatory disclosures and the prevailing laws of the Netherlands.
