The Miri Data Platform grants customers autonomy over their mobile data ecosystem, moving away from support-dependent management. Users can now activate new SIMs, monitor usage across multiple devices, and adjust data limits on the fly. A core feature allows customers to override automatic carrier selection, currently available for U.S. networks, with manual global carrier selection slated for a third-quarter update. The portal also simplifies administrative tasks for resellers, who can now oversee their client base directly through the dashboard.
Miri Technologies Launches Self-Service Portal for NetConnect+ Plans
Users of Miri Technologies’ global cellular data plans can now manage their connectivity lifecycles through a new self-service portal. The platform, designed for NetConnect+ customers and resellers, provides real-time oversight of SIM card provisioning, billing, and granular data usage analytics across multi-carrier networks.

NetConnect+ plans support both 5G and 4G connectivity by tapping into over 600 carriers worldwide. These plans are compatible with third-party hardware running miriOS and Miri’s own X510 dual-cellular bonding router. Customers can choose between pay-as-you-go, bundled, or shared data models depending on their specific project requirements. Ryan Brenneman, co-founder and CTO of Miri Technologies, noted that the platform aims to provide 24/7 access to plan management and deeper insights into consumption patterns. The company is currently rolling out access to the portal on a phased basis, though existing users may request early invitations by contacting support.
