Maesa Opens Applications for 2027 Beauty Incubator

Maesa is inviting applications for the fourth iteration of its Magic Incubator, a program designed to bridge the capital and mentorship gap for underrepresented entrepreneurs. The company aims to accelerate early-stage beauty and wellness startups through direct grants, executive education, and access to a high-profile industry advisory board.

Since its inception in 2023, the incubator has distributed $315,000 in funding to nine founders, focusing on brands with annual revenue under $1 million. CEO Piyush Jain emphasizes that the program aims to create a compounding impact, fostering long-term professional relationships between alumni and the parent company. Participants receive $35,000 in grant funding alongside personalized educational tracks.

The 2027 advisory board features new additions including Brian Bordainick of Starface, Olamide Olowe of Topicals, and Shai Eisenman of Bubble. These mentors will guide selected founders through a curriculum that includes an executive program at the Harvard Faculty Club focused on AI-driven consumer commerce and attendance at Cosmoprof North America Miami. The application window remains open until August 7, 2026, targeting founders from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those from low-income communities.
