Hexaware Appoints Srinivasan Panchapakesan to Lead Platform Integration

Srinivasan Panchapakesan has been named President and Chief Platform Officer at Hexaware, a newly created role tasked with unifying the company’s disparate software tools into a single, cohesive foundation for enterprise AI adoption as the firm shifts its strategy toward agentic IT operations.

Panchapakesan, a 27-year veteran of the firm, will oversee the integration of key assets including Amaze for cloud modernization, RapidX for AI-accelerated engineering, and Tensai for IT operations. By consolidating these tools into a unified system running across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, Hexaware aims to help clients transition from isolated AI pilots to production-ready deployments. This shift reflects a broader market demand for auditable, reliable AI agents that function within existing enterprise data frameworks.

CEO R. Srikrishna cited Panchapakesan's deep technical background and history as a principal architect behind Amaze and RapidX as the driving factors for the appointment. With over 35 years of industry experience, the new Chief Platform Officer will focus on removing the friction that currently stalls modernization efforts. By aligning these platforms under one technical architecture, the company intends to ensure that every client engagement benefits from a shared knowledge base and consistent service delivery.
