Nomadar Secures Land for JP Financial Arena in Spain
Nomadar Corp. has finalized the acquisition of 290,000 square meters of land in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, clearing the way for the construction of the JP Financial Arena. The deal consolidates two previous agreements from earlier this year, giving the company full control over the site for its planned multi-purpose complex.

Nomadar, a subsidiary of the soccer club Cádiz CF, intends for the arena to serve as a centerpiece of its global infrastructure strategy. With the land acquisition complete, the company is moving toward the next phases of development, including financing and strategic partnerships. The firm aims to leverage Spain's record-breaking tourism numbers, which saw 96.8 million international visitors in 2025, to anchor the facility as a major destination for both entertainment and professional events.
