Returning to the Black Diamond master-planned community where they first broke ground in 2019, Bellevue-based Conner Homes has officially opened sales for Village Towns at Ten Trails. This development adds 53 townhomes to the site, catering to buyers seeking modern layouts within an established neighborhood framework.
Erin Fowler, president of Conner Homes, noted that the return to Ten Trails highlights the builder's long-standing connection to the site's original development vision. Brian Ross, CEO of Oakpointe, credited the builder’s local expertise as a key component of the neighborhood's ongoing appeal. Residents will gain proximity to the community’s expanding infrastructure, including a new Safeway and food truck park arriving this fall, as well as the future Evergreen Elementary School, which is slated to open for the 2027 school year.
