The company’s growth strategy remains focused on both geographic reach and internal leadership development. During the first half of 2026, the brand issued 14 new franchise awards, extending into markets from South Carolina to Arizona. Two of these development opportunities were secured by graduates of the company’s Future Franchise Leadership Academy, a program specifically built to cultivate internal talent for franchise ownership. Alongside the expansion into Wyoming, the firm has already secured a site in Las Vegas to prepare for entry into Nevada.
Beyond rapid scaling, the organization is prioritizing capital investment in skilled labor. The Mark A. Carr Technology & Training Center, currently under construction in Katy, Texas, serves as the cornerstone of this initiative. Spanning 14,000 square feet, the facility is slated for a 2027 opening and will provide specialized coursework on electric vehicles, hybrid systems, and advanced driver-assistance technology. This site is intended to eventually house the company’s corporate support operations, centralizing its national training and management functions.
