Alma Bank Expands Board with Trio of Financial Sector Veterans
Alma Bank has appointed David J. Samuels, Dino Marra, and John F. Kuntz to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The new directors bring over 90 years of combined executive experience in commercial banking, risk management, and corporate governance to the New York-based institution as it pursues long-term strategic growth.

David J. Samuels joins with three decades of experience in credit risk and capital planning, having previously served as CEO of the global consulting firm Treliant. Dino Marra, a CPA, provides expertise in SEC reporting and commercial real estate through his work at MarrCon Development Corp. and his tenure at Crowe LLP. John F. Kuntz, an attorney and former senior executive at Provident Bank, offers deep background in public market transactions and legal affairs. President and CEO Michael Psyllos stated that these appointments are intended to reinforce the bank’s focus on prudent growth and innovation across its New York and New Jersey metropolitan service area.
