Credit Suisse High Yield Fund to Rebrand as UBS Asset Management

The Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund will officially shed its legacy branding this September, adopting the UBS Asset Management name. The shift follows the ongoing integration of Credit Suisse operations into the broader UBS Group structure, though the fund’s core mandate and ticker symbol remain untouched.

The fund’s board of trustees finalized the name change, which is scheduled to take effect on or about September 4, 2026. Despite the transition to the UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund, investors will see no adjustments to the fund’s underlying investment objectives or management strategies. The fund will continue to trade on the NYSE American LLC under its existing ticker, DHY.

This rebranding reflects the consolidation efforts of UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC, a subsidiary of the Zurich-based financial giant. Since the name change does not alter the fund's operational or investment profile, shareholder approval was not required for the transition.
