The transition process for the firm’s co-founder, who helped establish the practice in 2007, began on June 30, 2026, marking the end of a long-standing partnership.

Hoffmann leaves behind a firm that continues to operate under its original name, maintaining a focus on mass tort litigation and insurance coverage.
