The company now serves as the sole manufacturer for the entire OverWatch range, including the DIP Système, DIP-Booster, DomoDIP, SIDINOX, and DIPCut models. Operations have been scaled across facilities in New Haven, Connecticut, and Monselice, Italy, to meet rising global demand for fluid management solutions in rugged environments. Since the latter half of 2025, IFS has transitioned away from the contract manufacturing support previously provided by SIDE Industrie, the original developer of the technology.
Industrial Flow Solutions Brings OverWatch Pump Manufacturing In-House
Industrial Flow Solutions has completed the transition to internal manufacturing for its proprietary OverWatch Direct In-Line Pump portfolio, consolidating design, production, and support operations. This move follows a multi-year investment cycle that began after the company acquired the product line's intellectual property and global rights between 2019 and 2021.
Chief Commercial Officer Lance Wadley noted that the integration allows the firm to better support its existing installed base while scaling to meet new market requirements. This shift marks the end of a strategic transition period for the May River Capital portfolio company, which specializes in pumping systems for industrial, commercial, and municipal wastewater sectors. Clients can now coordinate all service requests, project inquiries, and technical support directly through the integrated IFS global network.
