Examinetics Scales Safety Consulting with Dual Acquisition
Overland Park-based Examinetics has finalized the acquisition of Progressive Safety and Jurgiel & Associates, marking the firm's fourth and fifth strategic deals in 18 months. The move bolsters the company’s industrial hygiene capabilities and adds rapid-deployment safety staffing to its national occupational health and compliance portfolio.
Simultaneously, the purchase of Jurgiel & Associates—a consultancy established in 1978—strengthens the company’s industrial hygiene footprint. The transaction adds over 50 technicians to the division’s national headcount, allowing Examinetics to provide a more comprehensive suite of services ranging from pre-construction safety planning to ongoing job-site management. Gary Gluzberg, CEO of Examinetics, stated that the acquisitions are designed to consolidate mission-critical resources for the company's 3,500-plus clients, helping them mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance across complex work environments.
