Changi Airport Executive Ng Yansheng Joins YY Group to Lead Singapore Unit

In his new capacity, Ng will oversee the subsidiary’s business operations, including marketplace management and service delivery. He transitions from his role as Vice President of Transformation & Enterprise Development at Changi, where he focused on large-scale operations across travel and retail platforms. YY Group CEO Mike Fu noted that Ng’s background in operational rigor and strategic foresight makes him well-suited to scale the company’s local footprint.

Ng, a Chartered Accountant and graduate of Singapore Management University, intends to shift his focus toward refining the company’s marketplace ecosystem. He emphasized that the primary challenge lies in bridging the gap between enterprise-level requirements and the needs of the flexible labor force. YY Group, which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker YYGH, relies on its YY Circle platform to help hospitality and retail clients optimize staffing through data-driven workforce deployment.
