The service bypasses the need for additional software by utilizing an eSIM, activated via a simple QR code scan. Once provisioned, business calls and texts are routed through the company’s existing Cloud PBX system, allowing IT departments to maintain control over recording and routing policies while keeping personal data entirely separate. According to BluIP CEO Armen Martirosyan, the goal is to eliminate the reliance on extra devices or intrusive applications that workers frequently ignore.
Market demand for such integration is high. Data from a recent Cavell Group survey indicates that 96% of enterprise IT leaders are open to replacing traditional desk phones with eSIM technology, while 86% of employees express willingness to host a business line on their personal handsets. This approach offers significant utility for sectors like hospitality and healthcare, where staff require professional connectivity without exposing personal contact information to guests or patients.
