Dr. Philipp Franck Joins Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York
The Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York has recruited board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Philipp Franck to bolster its cosmetic and reconstructive practice. The move comes as the center, backed by NavaDerm Partners, seeks to integrate specialized surgical expertise directly alongside its existing dermatological and laser treatment services.
His clinical background includes an integrated residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and extensive international training in Japan, South Africa, Ukraine, and Ethiopia. Medical Director Dr. Leonard Bernstein noted that the hire reflects a growing trend of merging dermatology and plastic surgery to streamline patient care. The center, which operates locations in New York City and Southampton, currently employs 14 physicians and remains a major hub for aesthetic and surgical dermatology.
