HighPoint Exterior Expands into Tennessee with Five Points Roofing Deal
HighPoint Exterior Home Services has acquired Franklin-based Five Points Construction, marking a strategic entry into the Nashville metropolitan market. The partnership integrates the Tennessee roofing firm into HighPoint’s national platform, which is backed by Chicago private equity firm Lake Street Capital Partners to consolidate residential exterior services.
Justin Terzo, Managing Partner at Lake Street Capital, cited the Nashville area's rapid real estate growth as a primary driver for the acquisition. For Five Points, the deal provides access to the capital and operational infrastructure necessary to scale their services throughout Tennessee. The transaction was supported by financing from Byline Sponsor Finance and NorthCoast Mezzanine, with legal and financial advisory services provided by Stinson LLP, Forvis Mazars, Hyde Park Capital Advisors, and Phelps Dunbar.
