Daytona Beach Gears Up for 34th Annual Biketoberfest

With fewer than 90 days remaining, Daytona Beach is preparing to host the 34th annual Biketoberfest from October 15-18. The four-day rally, a staple of the Florida fall riding season, expects to draw thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts to Volusia County for racing, live music, and scenic coastal excursions.

The event spans iconic local routes, including the Ormond Beach Scenic Loop, historic Main Street, and the A1A corridor. Beyond the traditional bike shows and industry vendor displays at the Daytona International Speedway, the region is bracing for an influx of visitors with new infrastructure. Two hotels, the Residence Inn by Marriott Ormond Beach and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront, are slated to open in time for the festivities. Attendees will also find the recently renovated Billy’s Tap Room—a local landmark dating back to 1922—ready for the crowds.

To manage the logistics of the event, organizers are promoting an official mobile app that features real-time schedules and mapping tools. The app also hosts the return of the MotoPassport Scavenger Hunt, which rewards participants with exclusive collectible coins for checking in at various rally locations. Lori Campbell Baker, Executive Director of the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, noted that the rally remains a signature tradition, emphasizing the unique camaraderie and coastal energy that define the annual gathering.
