Philadelphia-based vybe urgent care has expanded its regional network to 18 locations following the acquisition of two Liberty Urgent Care centers in Horsham and Hatfield. The deal, backed by new debt financing from Live Oak Bank, marks a significant consolidation of urgent care and occupational medicine services in Montgomery County.
Peter Hotz, President and CEO of vybe, noted that the expansion was fueled by growth-oriented refinancing secured through Live Oak Bank. This capital infusion is intended to support further acquisitions and site development as the provider seeks to increase its market share across the greater Philadelphia area. All vybe centers, including the new additions, maintain accreditation from the Urgent Care Association, covering a range of services from digital X-rays and lab testing to physicals and injury treatment.
