Grupo Rotoplas Reports Q2 2026 Financial Results
Grupo Rotoplas posted a $201 million net loss for the second quarter of 2026, as the company grappled with significant finance costs linked to monetary positions in Argentina. Despite the bottom-line deficit, the firm achieved a 3.4% rise in net sales and an 11% increase in EBITDA compared to the previous year.

Financial stability remains a primary focus, with the company successfully reducing its leverage. The Net Debt-to-EBITDA ratio improved to 2.3x, down from 3.2x in the second quarter of 2025. This deleveraging follows the prepayment of the AGUA 17-2X bond and the finalization of a seven-year loan agreement with Bancomext, moves designed to extend the company's debt maturity profile and stabilize its long-term financial structure.
