Upper Deck Golf Expands Global Reach with Fall 2026 Stadium Tour

During a live broadcast of The Open Championship, NBC announcer Dan Hicks spotlighted a unique spectacle: thousands of fans hitting golf balls from the upper tiers of Liverpool’s Hill Dickinson Stadium onto the pitch below. The segment served as a high-profile launch for the company’s ambitious expansion into international sports venues.

The Liverpool event, held concurrently with The Open, marked the first time the stadium-golf experience crossed the Atlantic. Aaron Duckmanton, Chief Revenue Officer at Everton Football Club, noted that the venue’s successful transformation proved its capability to host world-class, non-traditional events. Following this international debut, the company announced a dense fall schedule that includes stops at major domestic landmarks such as Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium, and Citizens Bank Park.

The upcoming tour, supported by official equipment provider PXG, emphasizes both competition and charity. Participants at each stop can engage in long-drive contests and putting challenges, with specific holes dedicated to fundraising for military veterans. The schedule also features a return to Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in late September, signaling the company's intent to scale its operations beyond the United States. Co-managing partners Marc Bender and Adam Wachter confirmed that the fall lineup is part of a long-term investment strategy to cement the brand’s presence in major global arenas.
