Cyberhaven Expands AI Security to ChatGPT and Claude Enterprise

With over 80% of Fortune 500 companies now utilizing ChatGPT Enterprise, the rapid integration of generative AI has created significant visibility gaps for security teams. Cyberhaven is addressing this by launching direct compliance API integrations, allowing firms to monitor sensitive data across both OpenAI and Anthropic platforms.

Traditional endpoint and browser controls often fail to capture the full scope of activity occurring within AI environments, such as historical conversations, custom GPT configurations, and uploaded files. Cyberhaven’s new integrations bridge this gap by connecting directly to the compliance APIs of ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. This allows security teams to discover, classify, and respond to risks without relying on fragmented, platform-specific tools.

By onboarding these platforms as cloud connectors, organizations can apply consistent security policies across their entire infrastructure. The system tracks user prompts, assistant responses, and file uploads, flagging incidents directly within the Cyberhaven console. Iulia Stefoi-Silver, VP of Technology Alliances and Strategy at Cyberhaven, emphasized that the goal is to provide deep context—knowing not just what data resides in these AI tools, but who accessed it and whether that usage violates internal governance protocols.

The ChatGPT Enterprise integration is available immediately, while the Claude Enterprise support is slated for an August 2026 rollout. Both tools support continuous monitoring and historical scans, enabling companies to maintain regulatory compliance as their reliance on agentic workflows grows.
