Before the formal application, the Nicosia-based company will conduct a private placement to institutional and qualified investors alongside a secondary market offer for current shareholders. This structure is designed to bypass the complexity of opening EU brokerage accounts for those seeking an exit. Shareholders will be able to sell all or part of their holdings at the same price as institutional participants, with mailouts detailing the process scheduled for August 2026.
Xryma Plc Sets Stage for Euronext Paris Listing via Liquidity Facility
Xryma Plc plans to reapply for admission to Euronext Paris within the next twelve months, launching a pre-listing liquidity facility to streamline the process. This mechanism allows existing shareholders to exit their positions ahead of a potential public listing while establishing a market-validated reference price for the company’s shares.

CEO Nikogiannis Karantzis stated that the initiative directly addresses shareholder feedback regarding the difficulties of realizing holdings. The company intends to set a Primary Market Placement Price through a bookbuild, allowing participants to set a floor price for their shares. Major shareholders, including SCP Select All Enterprise and SCP Red 5 Solutions, have opted out of the offer and remain subject to lock-up arrangements. Completion of the process remains contingent on achieving sufficient institutional demand to support orderly trading upon a potential market entry.
