The company’s latest lineup targets high-end manufacturing tasks that require extreme stability and fine manipulation. Among the standout machines is the SUYUAN bipedal humanoid, which features a dual-battery hot-swap system for sustained inspection and assembly work. Complementing it are the TUOYUAN wheeled model, capable of complex connector insertion, and a specialized pipe-chamfering robot that maintains positioning accuracy within 1 millimeter even in restricted spaces.
Beyond hardware, Shanghai Electric introduced 51 AI agents under its StarCloud Intelligent Manufacturing series. These agents integrate into factory logic to handle predictive maintenance, production scheduling, and quality control. By embedding these models into robotic systems, the firm aims to digitize human expertise, allowing machines to autonomously identify and manipulate industrial controls like knobs and switches.
