The collaboration centers on the Axil Prime Credit (APC) vault, a three-month USDC instrument providing exposure to emerging-market consumer credit. This strategy is managed by Axil, a team comprised of professionals with backgrounds at BlackRock, HSBC, and HashKey. The integration allows institutions to manage these allocations directly within their established risk-management workflows.
R25, Utila, and Yield.xyz Launch Institutional Gateway for On-Chain Yield
Institutional treasury managers now have a secure, MPC-governed pathway to access curated real-world asset strategies. By integrating R25’s vault infrastructure with Utila’s enterprise operations platform and Yield.xyz’s connectivity, the partnership removes traditional custody friction, allowing firms to deploy capital into self-executing vaults without disrupting existing compliance frameworks.

For treasury teams, the primary hurdle to on-chain adoption has been the fragmentation of approval processes and custody requirements. By utilizing Utila’s multi-party computation security and Yield.xyz’s standardized API, R25 aims to provide a reliable execution layer for institutional liquidity. Sean Chung, VP of Business Development at R25, noted that building a risk-resistant infrastructure is essential for the next phase of financial adoption. Bentzi Rabi, CEO of Utila, added that the partnership bridges the gap between complex on-chain yield strategies and the governance standards required by corporate treasuries. Future offerings will be added to the portal as they undergo further risk assessments.
