Natixis Investment Managers has tapped Raphael Zenou as head of ETF Capital Markets in Paris to spearhead its upcoming product launch. Zenou joins from Amundi, bringing expertise in liquidity management and market structure. Meanwhile, Womble Bond Dickinson has strengthened its private capital team by appointing Paula Myers as partner. Myers, formerly of Irwin Mitchell, returns to the firm with over 25 years of experience in high-stakes trust and inheritance disputes.

Downing has recruited Jack Salisbury as sales partner to navigate the shifting landscape of estate planning. His arrival coincides with industry-wide adjustments ahead of the 2027 pension inheritance tax changes. In the asset management sector, T. Rowe Price has created a new role for Andrew Brickman, naming him head of ETF Solutions for EMEA. Based in London, Brickman will oversee distribution and client engagement, transitioning from his previous position at BlackRock where he managed ETF relationships with sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
