Reporting directly to Matteo Andreetto, the global head of NextGen Business Development, MacLeod will focus on strengthening the firm’s digital ecosystem. His mandate includes expanding platform partnerships and deepening the integration between digital wealth offerings and the company's ETF-as-a-Service capabilities. At his previous post, MacLeod gained recognition for building strategic alliances with major European digital investment platforms, a background the firm views as critical for its current growth phase.

Andreetto noted that the shift in industry demand—where platforms prioritize building bespoke investment propositions over mere product access—makes MacLeod’s appointment timely. The firm intends to leverage this expertise to transition from a traditional product provider into a core partner for the next generation of wealth management platforms.
