The company, led by CEO Noaman Ahmad, focuses on embedding its teams within client operations to develop AI tools that function within a firm’s own environment. By connecting to various foundation models—including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS—the platform allows real estate operators to retain ownership of their proprietary data and institutional logic. This approach avoids the limitations of black-box models, ensuring that every recommendation remains traceable and audit-ready for compliance purposes.
Antares Labs Secures $7.25 Million to Automate Real Estate Operations
Chicago-based startup Antares Labs has emerged from stealth with $7.25 million in seed funding to provide custom-built AI systems for real estate institutions. Backed by Fifth Wall and Base10 Partners, the firm aims to integrate machine intelligence directly into existing corporate workflows rather than deploying standalone software dashboards.

Antares Labs targets specific operational hurdles, such as identifying high-return submarkets for multifamily developers or predicting tenant churn for property managers. According to the company, these solutions aim to deliver measurable ROI within 30 days. Brendan Wallace, founder of Fifth Wall, noted that the industry has long struggled to activate decades of siloed institutional knowledge. By building systems that act as an active partner rather than a passive reporting tool, Antares Labs seeks to modernize decision-making for large-scale owner-operators like Quarterra.
