Newforma is embarking on a seven-year partnership with Amazon Web Services to modernize its architecture, engineering, and construction software suite. The multi-year deal focuses on scaling cloud infrastructure, achieving FedRAMP compliance, and integrating generative AI tools directly into the company’s project management platforms.
Technical execution is being managed alongside zeb, an AWS Premier Tier Partner. zeb has been instrumental in the migration assessment and the development of initial AI workloads. According to Newforma CTO Ben Bazso, the project extends beyond mere infrastructure upgrades, serving as a long-term strategy to accelerate the delivery of intelligent, data-driven features for a sector that manages over 20 million projects globally.
