Palo Alto-based software firm Evinced has unveiled a suite of agentic coding tools designed to automatically detect and repair accessibility defects within enterprise development pipelines. Announced at the Disability:IN conference, the platform aims to address the persistent gap between rapid AI-driven coding and inclusive digital standards.
The new suite—comprising Autopilot, Harness, and Resolve—integrates with existing Large Language Models to provide specialized guidance on accessibility. While standard LLMs often struggle with inconsistent accuracy in this domain, Evinced leverages its proprietary pattern intelligence to ensure that code remains compliant without slowing down deployment cycles.
Autopilot operates directly within CI/CD systems, identifying defects during code submission and proactively suggesting tested fixes for developer approval. For legacy maintenance, Resolve addresses existing backlogs by verifying production issues and generating code-level solutions in minutes. Meanwhile, Harness functions as an interactive assistant for developers using tools like Cursor or Claude, ensuring accessibility checks are baked into the workflow before code is committed.
This release arrives at a critical junction for digital inclusion. Recent data from the company indicates that the typical Fortune 500 homepage contains 20 accessibility defects, a figure that could be nearly eliminated through automated intervention. CEO Navin Thadani emphasized that as development teams accelerate their output through agentic coding, they risk generating inaccessible software at a higher velocity. By embedding these tools directly into the development lifecycle, Evinced seeks to reconcile the drive for productivity with the necessity of universal web access.
