Across the broader industry, the 100 largest staffing firms generated an estimated $256 billion in 2025, accounting for roughly 40% of the total global market. Despite persistent economic headwinds and talent scarcity, this top-tier group maintained flat revenue year-over-year, reflecting the steady demand for specialized workforce partners in an unpredictable healthcare landscape.
