The partnership integrates HexClad’s stainless steel hybrid technology into daily operations at LKA flagship locations, including centers in Los Angeles, Denver, and Vancouver. By using industry-standard equipment, students move beyond basic instruction to master technical skills on the same surfaces trusted by professional chefs.
HexClad Partners with Little Kitchen Academy to Equip Young Chefs
Children attending Little Kitchen Academy will now train on professional-grade hardware as HexClad becomes the exclusive cookware provider for the Montessori-inspired program. The collaboration aims to merge high-performance hybrid culinary tools with hands-on education, fostering independence and confidence in students aged 3 to 18 across North America.

Daniel Winer, CEO of HexClad, emphasized that the collaboration extends the brand’s mission of inspiring culinary engagement to a younger demographic. Beyond the classroom, the two organizations plan to launch joint initiatives, including scholarship programs and community-focused storytelling, to increase access to culinary education for families who might otherwise face barriers to participation. Felicity Curin, founder of Little Kitchen Academy, noted that providing children with professional tools reinforces a culture of respect for both the student and the craft of cooking. The initiative is supported by LKA brand ambassador and chef Cat Cora, who maintains that real tools and real ingredients are essential for building lasting self-reliance in children.
