Crocs Hits $1 Billion Milestone as Shares Buyback Plan Expands

Crocs, Inc. reached a historic milestone in the second quarter of 2026, with the core Crocs brand surpassing $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time. Boosted by strong consumer demand and double-digit growth in direct-to-consumer sales, the footwear company has lifted its full-year earnings outlook.

Consolidated revenues for the period reached $1.179 billion, marking a 2.6% increase over the previous year. While the core brand flourished, the company’s HEYDUDE segment faced headwinds, reporting a 5.7% revenue decline to $179 million. Despite the mixed segment performance, robust cash flow generation has allowed the company to pivot toward aggressive capital returns. The board recently authorized a $1.5 billion increase to its share repurchase program, bringing the total available capacity to approximately $2 billion.

CEO Andrew Rees credited the performance to consistent consumer interest in new product innovations and healthy direct-to-consumer channels, which saw 12% growth. Looking ahead, the company expects full-year revenue to rise by 1% to 2%, with adjusted diluted earnings per share projected between $13.70 and $14.00. The firm continues to prioritize debt reduction alongside its buyback strategy, maintaining a focus on long-term shareholder value as it navigates shifting retail landscapes.
