The upcoming conference draws researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals for a series of technical sessions and networking opportunities. Keynote speaker Bill McKibben, founder of Third Act and author of The End of Nature, will headline the plenary programming. Educational tracks include specialized NABCEP workshops led by instructor Sean White, with opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education units through organizations such as the AIA and BPI.

Beyond technical presentations, the three-day agenda features the 50th anniversary celebration of the Texas Solar Energy Society and the Shine on Solar Fundraising Gala, a dinner and auction event supporting national solar equity programs. The conference also hosts a public career fair on October 20 and an organized climate ride through Austin’s trails on the preceding evening. Registration details and full schedule information remain available through the society's official portal.
