The lawsuit claims that Roblox executives provided false and misleading assurances to shareholders throughout the class period. While the company projected confidence in its organic growth and ability to accurately forecast financial performance, the complaint alleges it concealed the negative impact that stricter age verification protocols would have on platform engagement and public perception. The firm contends that Roblox relied heavily on viral events to mask underlying issues, ultimately leaving investors to suffer damages when the true state of the company's trajectory was revealed.
Roblox Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Over Growth Claims
Investors who purchased Roblox Corporation stock between October 30, 2025, and April 30, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit against the gaming company. Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is seeking lead plaintiffs for the action, which alleges the company misled the market regarding its business performance.

Those who incurred losses during this timeframe have until August 7, 2026, to contact the firm regarding their legal standing. While appointment as a lead plaintiff is an option for affected shareholders, it is not a requirement to participate in potential recoveries. Brian Schall and David Schwartz are overseeing inquiries from their Los Angeles office. As the class has not yet been certified, investors currently remain absent class members unless they choose to take action.
