Bluerock Scales Wealth Distribution Team with Three Regional Hires
Alternative asset manager Bluerock is intensifying its national advisor outreach, appointing three veteran executives to its capital markets division. The move aims to bolster support for independent broker-dealers, wirehouses, and registered investment advisors as the firm manages over $20 billion in assets across its diverse real estate and credit platforms.

CEO Ramin Kamfar emphasized that the expansion is designed to provide advisors with a more consultative partnership. Beyond distribution, the new leadership is expected to integrate Bluerock’s product suite—spanning 1031 exchanges, private credit, and opportunity zones—with practice management resources. These appointments reflect a strategic pivot toward localizing distribution efforts, ensuring that advisors receive direct support for their clients’ wealth allocation needs.
