DataGroomr Upgrades Salesforce Verification Suite

As businesses lean on AI and automated workflows, the cost of stale customer data has reached a breaking point. Philadelphia-based DataGroomr is addressing this by launching expanded verification capabilities on Salesforce AgentExchange, aiming to automate the cleansing of contact records that degrade over time.

The platform’s latest update introduces granular identification tools designed to filter out junk data before it hits a CRM. New features include automated business-versus-personal email classification, website redirect detection, and phone line type identification—distinguishing mobile, landline, and VoIP numbers. These additions allow sales and marketing teams to refine their outreach strategies with higher precision.

Beyond basic cleaning, DataGroomr is offering a new API that pushes verification tasks out to external applications and AI-driven workflows. This integration aims to prevent duplicate credit consumption by reusing verification results across the enterprise. Steve Pogrebivsky, CEO and co-founder of DataGroomr, noted that the enhancements are intended to ensure AI outputs remain reliable by securing the integrity of the underlying input data. Tyler Carlson, SVP at Salesforce, added that these tools provide a necessary foundation for organizations managing complex ecosystems within AgentExchange.
