The company, founded by Metacloud veterans Rafi Khardalian and Sean Lynch, secured backing from Storm Ventures, Canaan Partners, Morado Ventures, and Jerry Yang’s AME Cloud Ventures. Their platform is designed to intercept every AI inference request, allowing organizations to enforce access controls, track budgets by team, and prevent sensitive data leakage before information reaches model providers.
Actualyze AI Launches with $7 Million to Centralize Enterprise AI
Pasadena-based startup Actualyze AI has emerged from stealth with $7 million in seed funding to provide a unified infrastructure for managing enterprise artificial intelligence. The platform acts as a protective layer between corporate applications and AI models, aiming to solve the visibility and security gaps inherent in decentralized model deployment.

Khardalian notes that existing enterprise systems often fail to inspect the actual prompts within model calls, leading to opaque spending and security risks. By placing a governed path between the user and the model, Actualyze allows businesses to maintain agnostic access to various providers while automating routing based on cost, quality, and performance. The system is currently available through an Early Access Design Partner Program, targeting large enterprises struggling to scale AI without losing control over their infrastructure stack.
